Our client is one of the largest catering companies in Hong Kong, with diversified brands and more than 10,000 staff in over 500 outlets .

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of C&B team, this position will be a key member of the newly established group C&B team. He/She will assist in formulating C&B policies, systems, processes and tools for the Group as well as implementing incentive schemes and benefit structures. He/She will also assist in establishments of Group HR Policies and Procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• Holder of Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
• At least 8 years relevant working experience, preferably gained in Catering or Retailing industry
• Proven experience in implementing C&B projects is essential, ideally with exposure in incentive scheme management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
