Job Description
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be involved in strategic planning to raise the brand profile of selected products. Your aim is to develop successful and effective brand campaigns to build awareness, drive business profitability and market share. This will involve conducting consumer insight research to identify new product development opportunities for growth. You will manage the whole process from research, to product packaging and development, advertising campaigns, promotional events and media relations for the brand portfolio. In addition you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support the launch of the brand and ensure all marketing programs are carried out effectively.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product/ brand marketing. This is a highly competitive role, so relevant experience, ideally within FMCG brands is essential. You will need to demonstrate creativity, analytical and project management skills. You are highly motivated, career driven and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
