Job Description

• Manage, direct, and motivate Counter Service team to ensure the implementation of business strategies successfully
• In charge of the daily operations meeting management requirements and local regulations
• Scrutinize exception reports and check cash daily
• Balancing and keep cash under dual control
• Report customer feedback and collect market intelligence
• Develop and lead the team to achieve branch’s services and sales goals
• Keep alert for any suspicious money laundry activities and report suspicious cases timely

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above with plentiful experience in counter operations and products for both corporate and RBWM business
• Good command in English
• Good understanding of local rules, regulations and internal guideline
