About Our Client
Our client is on one the leading commercial banks providing banking and financial services in the work, growing and developing a team of experienced and well-known bankers. The company now is recruiting assistant banking operation manager for the groing business.
Job Description
- To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies by managing, directing, and motivating Counter Service team
- To lead staff to provide efficient customer services at the branch so as to achieve branch’s services and sales goals;
- To ensure operational procedures are in accordance with management requirements and local regulations;
- To keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activities and report suspicious cases timely;
- To control the counter operations and cash position by scrutinize exception reports and check cash daily to ensure balancing and keep cash under dual control at all times;
- To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service;
- To cross sell bank’s products and services to the customers to promote the bank’s services;
- To contribute to staff development;
- To take the position of local compliance representative.
The Successful Applicant
- Solid knowledge on counter operations and products for both corporate and RBWM business;
- Good understanding of local rules, regulations and internal guideline;
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong leadership;
- Good communication skill and oral English;
- Good leadership and management skills;
- Nice personality and presentable appearance.
