About Our Client
Our client is a Belgian-based food and wines company specializing in processed meat products, frozen bakery items and a wide range of gourmet foods. Established in Hong Kong for over 30 years, our client has built a strong presence in Hong Kong and it owns 6 retail outlets in high-end shopping area. To maintain their momentum of business growth, they are looking for high caliber candidates to join their Hong Kong Finance team.

Job Description
You will report directly to the Accounting Manager and perform a range of functions to support your managers in terms of management accounting. You will produce timely business analysis on sales and profitability, as well as line performance variance against budget. You will be responsible for month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements. You will also supervise costing and inventory control function . In addition, you will participate in the preparation of yearly budget and quarterly forecasts.

The Successful Applicant
You should be a diploma holder or above in Finance or Accounting, or relevant HKICPA/ACCA finalist. A minimum of 4 years of solid management accounting experience acquired from a sizable retail company will be necessary. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Assess. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical and strong in problem solving. You should also be a good team player with the ability to work within tight schedule. Good spoken and written English is a must. Immediate availability with experience in audit field will be considered preferably.
