About Our Client

Our client is a famous developer in China, covers residential, hotel, office and shopping malls.

Job Description
As the GM, you are responsible for the department management, responsible for the develop and the negotiations for the hotel, office and malls' projects; responsible for the marketing; set up the strategy development model; create long term value added for the assets.

The Successful Applicant
8 years above asset or commercial operations experience, 3 years senior management experience; excel in asset management and commercial operation.
