Job Description

• Develop production efficiency and cost analysis
• Monitor assembly team performance against quality, safety and environment standards
• Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal
• Familiar with 5S Site Management, Lean, logistic, warehouse
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related field
• At least 6 years experience in manufacturing production or assembly and minimum 2 years in a management role
