Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Operations, Finance and Compliance, you will be managing a small team of 4 experienced Settlements professionals, focusing on Asia Pacific Equity Settlements. Working closely with Front Office as well as Back Office teams such as Compliance, Finance, and IT, you will also liaise with custodians and other external parties with regards to settlements issues.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates will possess at least 10 years' of regional and Hong Kong Equity Settlements experience, with excellent knowledge of Oasys, Alert, SWIFT, and relevant banking systems. You will have strong exposure to handling ADRs, SBL, Block Trades, and IPO settlements. Prior supervisory and team management skills are a must. Fluency in English to work effectively with the business as well as Cantonese is necessary.
