About Our Client
Headquartered in Europe, our client is the world's largest cosmetics and beauty company with over 15 internationally renowned brands worldwide. Among Asia Pacific they have 5 production facilities across China, Japan and Malaysia. With their rapid expansion in the region, they are seeking a Project Manager to look after their portfolio to maximize their value of return.

Job Description

• Reporting directly to the Asia Pacific Director and European Headquarter
• Monitor property audits of the factories, R&D centers, distribution centerers and all self owned premises in Asia
• Coordinate and manage property projects for the construction, renovation of buildings and for the fitting out of premises including factories, distribution centers, warehouses, offices, research laboratories, technical centers, etc
• Take part in property transactions include dealing with real estate agents, negotiating with investors or with developers/builders
• Supervise the engineering services in order to ensure the quality of the projects, the respect of the planned dates, and the cost optimization for internal clients
• Control of the costs, quality, and scheduling of property projects

The Successful Applicant

• Approximately 10 - 15 years experience in architecture, contracting, engineering or similar capacity in Greater China area
• Excellent Ability to communicate with Senior Management at Headquarters
• Independence in the management of the projects(cost, quality, schedule, SHE)
• Knowledge of Asian property market
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
