About Our Client
Our client is the leading chain supermarket in China. They are currently looking for an Area Expansion Manager to join in their exciting and aggressive Business Expansion Project in China. You will ensure sustainable long term profitability with quality customer service, brand consistence and gain/maintain market leadership.

Job Description

• Be responsible for acquiring commercial property in target cities across south China, identifying, appraising and negotiating on new sites
• Be responsible in preparing project proposals for approval
• To collect and assess the data and information of target cities and new project locations and participate in contract negotiation
• To establish and maintain a good relationship with government at all levels and developers

The Successful Applicant

• Associate Diploma
• Above 3 years work experience in property development, or property acquisitions
• Be familiar with laws and regulations related to property development, knowledge about land, law, design and architecture
• Good English (Mainly Writing and Reading Skill)
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation, as well as public relationship skills
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure
