Job Description

  • Maintain a smooth and efficient working environment in Managing Director’s office.
  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the two Directors Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and transfer calls accordingly.
  • Assist with the maintenance of filing and data entry Liaise with external partners and facilitate the communication between different offices .

The Successful Applicant

  • The Successful Applicant should possess the following experience and qualifications:
  • Certificate or above with formal secretarial training is preferred .
  • Working experience as Secretary/ Personal Assistant to senior management, preferably in sizable company .
  • A person who is able to deal with confidential documents confidently with high integrity .
  • Good communication, organization and presentation skills . Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred .
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of Chinese processing .
