About Our Client
Our client is a famous HK listed property development group with more than 10 years expansion in China.
Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of the group, you will lead a team and as one of the key members of the property acquisition team.You will be involved in all aspects of the deal transaction and execution initiatives pertaining to identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, assessing feasibility studies, carrying out due diligence review and structuring merger & acquisitive business deals. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for group financing by communicating with potential investors.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be proactive and highly motivated with keen problem solving abilities. You should also be a team player, degree holder and have an excellent academic background with 6-8 years work experience in M&A/Corporate Finance. Suitable candidates may come from an private equity/investment bank, a Big 4 firm, or from another corporate in a similar position, and is familiar with real estate industry. Candidates will have excellent presentation and oral skills with fluency in English and Mandarin and Cantonese.
