About Our Client
Our client is a diversified and listed international group with global interests. Their property investment group is one their flag ship business groups with vast assets under management and new projects comprising a large investment portfolio of grade A office commercial buildings and luxurious residential housing. With these newly invested projects across China and accelerated business plans there is a need to recruit an Accounting Manager.

Job Description

Reporting to corporate head office and the General Manager you will be the most senior finance professional in this location. Leading and supervising a local accounting and administration team you will provide a full range of accounting and financial management support. This will include preparing financial statements, local statutory reporting, manage tax compliance and dealing with local authorities in various provinces. You will also take a lead role in ensuring robust internal controls and international compliance standards are adhered to. Taking full ownership for annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and business planning, you will act as business partner to the local project and management team.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a degree and professionally qualified accountant with 7-10 years' accounting experience with time spent in a managerial capacity. You will be familiar with PRC tax, statutory reporting and have previously managed a China accounting operation. Previous experience gained from companies engaged in property development will be an added advantage but not essential. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are essential.
