Job Description

To assist the Accounting Manager to manage the Accounts receivable, Credit control & Treasury function of Hong Kong Operations. Ensure the AR sub-ledger and sales records are maintained accurately according to local statutory and company requirements. Ensure internal control procedures for sales, accounts receivable, retention and credit are effective.

• Monitoring the revenue reconciliation according to the Corporate Revenue Policy and streamline billing process to meet closing deadline on a timely and accurately basis
• Manage month end closing and prepare management reports of revenue, AR and treasury
• Lead AR staff to handle credit assessment and prepare credit report for new customer
• Assist to handle accounting system implementation related matters

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder and or qualified accountant
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts receivable and revenue
• Knowledge of service operations and construction project costing and control preferred
• Prior work experience in MNC environment preferred
• Good analytical skills and attentive to details
• Good communicator across departments and strong inter-personal skills
• Good English, both verbal and written. Putonghua / Mandarin a plus
• Good knowledge of major ERP/accounting systems
