Job Description

  • Improve the back-office processes and operations
  • Responsible for driving project improvements to obtain a leaner, quicker and better work process and improvements
  • PMP certified and utilize project methodology or tools like DMAEC/Lean/R2BP/IEC
  • Understand the user requirements and liaise with cross functional teams to plan, budget and execute the projects
  • Manage and build strong relationships with internal clients
  • Design new processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Strong supply chain and project management experience with BPO, 3PL or in the financial industry
  • MNC experience
