Job Description
This position has been recently created as part of a new structure to focus on managing, developing and implementing technology and operations training programs for investment banking technology and operations. Managing a significant training budet this person will have the responsibility of designing and implementing a global learning agenda, whilst customising for required needs. This person must be an expert in industry best practices, emerging technologies and have an eye for detail. They will also have the capacity to anticipate and accommodate shifts in business needs and priorities.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a mature, confident, highly motivated and results orientated training and development professional who has a passion to understand, support and partner with your management colleagues. Your qualifications for this role will include the following:

  • An in-depth understanding and proven track record in the training and development of technologists/operations personnel across the globe.
  • An enthusiasm for and the ability to work at a global level, while being very attentive and focused on details across the region.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years experience in training and development, with a minimum of 2 years of global experience or management of global teams preferably in Financial Services.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to produce results in any situation.
  • Preferred background in technology.
