Job Description
You will lead and drive process improvement projects arising from customers and continuously improving the way work is done. You will work with business, service quality teams and analyze data for projects identification and prioritisation. You will lead on the projects for middle office to reduce financial loss and reputational risk. You will also partner with the re-engineering team to implement global initiatives/projects in HK and implement best practices/change initiatives which will be rolled out globally.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a strong operations projects background and be a black or green belt in Six Sigma.
