About Our Client
Our client is a large-scale manufacturer with multiple facilities in Dongguan and Shenzhen. They mainly provide high-quality plastics products to its customers from the globe.
You will be responsible for new or expanded factory equipment layout, set up, installations and related budget planning & controlling in region; Facility improvement proposal to support decision making; Regularly conducts site inspections, and interacts with employees regarding issues of maintenance and repair of burling, grounds facilities; Tracks and maintains current records at the Factory.
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in engineering or related fields; At least 8 years working experiences in sizable factory, 3 years in managerial grade or above; Min. 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, event management, building services, safety and security management and/or quality management; Strong leadership, influencing, time management, change management and project management skills; Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Experience in Toys product and plastics/ Metal Industry is an advantage.
