About Our Client
Our client has covered 66 cities in mainland China by the end of 2015. Since 2013, our client made its attempts to invest overseas. It has now been involved in Dozens of real estate development projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, San Francisco, New York City and London.
-Work with L&D to diagnose areas for organizational effectiveness interventions and establish solutions.
-Contribute to organizational capability development and organization design in line with the business strategies.
-Support change management to facilitate the organization transformation for business growth.
2.Talent Assessment & Succession Planning
-Work closely with business leaders & HR team and leverage appropriate tools (e.g. assessment center) to assess our talent profiles and needs
-Enable robust succession planning process across all business units by driving the annual succession planning process, aligning our succession plan with business strategies, facilitating effective talent reviews with businesses, calibrating performance & potential, and promoting a culture with strong talent ownership of our line managers.
3.Talent Development Program
-Design and drive talent development programs such as HIPO leadership action learning programs, mentoring, assessment tools, individual development plans, coaching program and job rotate
The Successful Applicant
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.5-8 years related experience and experience leading Talent Development program in Multinational Corporation will be a plus.
3.Able to think strategically.
4.Strong leadership skills required.
5.Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
