About Our Client
Our client is a European multinational with a brand name that is recognised on a global scope. Due to forecast business expansion across the region, a need has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the recruitment function.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive and efficient recruitment services at all levels. This will include building strong talent pipelines for senior level roles and highly specialised positions throughout the region, your key responsibilities will include driving regional recruitment initiatives, formulating employer branding strategies, liaising with regional counterparts to develop effective sourcing strategies as well as establish strategic relationships with external partners (job boards, agencies and search firms).
The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidates will have at least 8 years relevant experience including 4 years managing recruitment and talent acquisition with supervisory skills. Prior exposure with both in-house and external recruitment is preferred. A strong, client focused approach coupled with a flexible and resourceful style will be critical to success in this position. Excellent negotiating, influencing and consultative skills in addition to the ability to build positive internal client and supplier relationship are essential. Complete fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential for success in this role.
