A leading FMCG principle is looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in sales and people management to join their business in a leading role. This role is responsible for the business growth of the retail and food services channel. You will lead a team to effectively manage key accounts, strengthen the relationships with partners and to achieve sales targets. This is a highly strategic role where you will be a key decision maker in the channel strategy and the development and execution of business plans. You will lead the negotiation of trading terms, hold responsibility of sales forecasting and ensure proper execution within your team. You will also take on a business development responsibility to identify opportunities and to expand the current business.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of experience within the FMCG industry with at least 3 years of team leading experience. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills. You will have a proven sales track record and established customer networks with retail clients It is essential that you are an enthusiastic and proactive salesperson with fluency in English and Chinese.
