About Our Client
Our client is creating a dynamic and open-minded environment to embrace creativity with their employees. They have more than 500 employees in Hong Kong and still planning to expand in the coming year.
- Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will work on understanding the business needs and identifying the right talents for internal openings.
- Involve in the selection process from communicating with internal clients, sourcing candidates to interviewing.
- Work closely with the team to define and develop talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Build good relationships with key stakeholders including internal clients, Recruitment vendors and search firms
- Be flexible and work closely with the whole HR team on company-wide HR initiatives.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
- 5 years' experience in Recruitment functions, PREFERABLY with handling IT/Digital/Media openings.
- Good team-player and open to discussion
- Flexible with strong business sense
- Candidates from pure Recruitment Agency background will be considered.
