About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing online entertainment business across the region.
This role is responsible for implementing various customer retention strategy and plan across all marketing channels to increase customer activity, customer value and to strengthen customer loyalty.
Optimizing and monitoring conversion and retention programs, this role is required to manage marketing and promotions budget within the retention area. Also responsible for various CRM campaigns across multiple communictaion channels including email, onsite messaging, mobile social platforms etc.
The Successful Applicant
The right candidate should have at least 6 years of CRM experience of which 2-3 years in Greater China/PRC setting. Preferrably gained from the online entertainment industry.
This person should be able to deliver effective CRM campaigns with strong analytical mindset and numeracy. Large quantity of data and close working relationship with BI team should be expected. Good knowledge in Unica, Eloqua, Selligent Strongview, etc is preferred.
This person should be fast-paced, international and be comfortable to work in a fast paced internet business.
