About Our Client

-Lead the development of an OD strategy, work plan and a detailed change process for the organization. Core to the process will be the communication to staff as to the strategic intent and how and when they can engage with the process
-Ensure regular communications, engagement and feedback mechanisms to be in place with all staff, and the implementation of the change plan
-Develop OD indicators and KPIs with the help of the LT to measure progress and performance against the OD objectives that support the successful delivery of the Strategy
-Acts as a key liaison point for WWF Network stakeholders on OD exchange and knowledge management
-Establish the strategic direction and ownership for the organizational development rationale and reasons for change
The Successful Applicant
-Significant experience in the design and delivery of organizational development and change interventions.
-Exceptional communication skills and experience of working with Leadership Team and Management Team.
-Prior experience of working in large multi-function organizations.
-Fast learner; adaptable; strong execution; well stress management; good team work; positive working attitude; open-minded.
-Qualified assessor in key Demonstrated competency in Leadership Development, talent development and management design and delivery is preferred
