About Our Client
Our client is a leading hospitality group with global business coverage. To support its upcoming new brand launch, it is now looking for a strong eCRM caliber with both CRM and digital marketing experience to take up the pre-launch eCRM campaigns and projects.
The Senior Manager, Digital & CRM is responsible for developing and executing direct marketing communications campaigns and activities to acquire and retain valuable customers. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer touch points to effectively contact and engage customers, mosly through web/digital/mobile campaigns and marcomm collaterals.
Apart from carrying out various eCRM initiatives, this person will also conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market.
The Successful Applicant
The right person will be a degree holder in Business Administration or Consumer Marketing, with at least 5 years of digital and eCRM experience in hospitality / entertainment / leisure industry.
Solid experience in digital CRM project management across multiple platforms such as mobile, website, social media etc. Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and strong creative marketing and communications writing.
Due to the role's urgency, immediately available or short notice canidates are highly preferred.
