In Macau their clients are largely multinational organisations across the Hospitality, Gaming, and Retail sectors.
The enterprise account manager's primary function is to sell our clients market leading on-premise and cloud based ERP solutions into the Hong Kong market. You will have have access to the entire product portfolio of their core brands across each line of business and you will act as the key conduit introducing these solutions into new and existing enterprise accounts. You will be selling into a multinational listed organisations across the Insurance, FSI, Business Services, Consumer, Retail, Industrial market sectors.
- New Business Development - responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing software/service revenue for both new and existing customers.
- Account and Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Software License and Cloud Revenue Subscription
- Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
- Sales Excellence
- Leading a virtual team
- Delivery of budget and P & L

The Successful Applicant
The right individual will be a highly consultative solution sales focused approach and a proven track record of success driving new business acquisition into an enterprise portfolio of accounts. You will be need to have a high level of commercial acumen, and ideally come from a multinational subscription based sales model and have the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This requires someone with passion, drive, resilience and a results driven approach to be part of a market leading MNC employer of choice.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years or more years of successful enterprise sales experience along with a strong history of quota attainment required in Macau.
- Past ERP software sales for multinational player in with a strong network of contacts across the Hospitality, Retail, and Gaming sectors in Macau.
- Exceptional presentation skills required
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill required.
- The Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-Level executives including CFO, CPO and CEO required.
- Highly professional written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
- The position will require travel
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications preferred
