About Our Client
Our client is a global tech startup who have gained recognition for their innovative business. They are currently expanding their business and adding a new headcount for their Hong Kong office. This Sales Manager/Head of Sales will be a part of an energetic and passionate culture, suitable for self-driven professionals.
The Sales Manager/Head of Sales will be a part of their management team in expanding the current business. Reporting the General Manager, you will be a key member in devising and implementing sales strategy for the market. You will be leading a team of junior members through coaching and motivating them for success. You will provide hands-on training and guide them in new business development. It will be key to expand your current team and to cultivate a strong working culture.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience and 2-3 years of people management experience. You must be a passionate and motivated person, with a desire to build a career in innovative technology sector. This role requires self-driven professionals with excellent communication and leadership skills. You must have a proven sales track record for this position. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required for this role.
