About Our Client

With a lot of exciting new solutions to bring to their clients, they are now further expanding and looking to solidify their position in Hong Kong. To support this growth, they would like a Sales Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
As a Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for driving business development activities and promote sales and marketing solutions to corporate clients. To do this you will be prospecting and building long-term relationships with senior management, and be able to understand pressure points of firms to provide the right sales and marketing solutions. You will be following up on generated sales leads and referrals to develop new markets, and working internally and externally with the client's teams for support and resource management. This is a strategic role and you are expected to develop ideas and drive the business forward.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience in B2B solutions selling to clients from various industries. Those with experience in solution selling (preferably CRM solutions) within the retail, F&B, beauty, industry will be highly regarded. You should be an independent, proactive and strong hunter sales who enjoys developing and mapping out a new market. You should also be a good communicator with excellent selling, presentation and interpersonal skills. To be eligible for this role, you need to be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
