About Our Client
Our client is a globally well-established direct sales and marketing solutions company operations in nearly 100 countries around the world. To support the continuous development of their business, they are now inviting a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to expand their base and drive sales in Hong Kong.
As the Sales Manager, you will directly report to the General Manager and is expected to take ownership of membership management, strategy and planning activities to achieve growth targets. Taking on a leadership role, you will achieve regional targets through the planning and development of sales strategies to meet local market and member's needs to grow sales. You will grow and develop an engaged member's network via local and regional events and incentives. You will maintain and enhance channels between the brand and members with consistent, engaging and meaningful communication. You will direct the Sales Team in achieve targets via the implementation of sales strategies in their respective territories.
The Successful Applicant
You will have at least 10 years of Sales and Management experience with a strong track record of significant sales growth with at least 5 years in a management position. Those with a background in direct selling, FMCG, retail Sales or Nutritional Food industry will be highly regarded. You will have an excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese as well as be highly engaged and presentable with excellent communications and confident demeanour. To achieve results you should be aggressive and be commercially driven with a desire to take responsibility to develop communications between members and the company. This role will require someone passionate that is willing to work hard for rewards and recognition as long hours/weekend work may be required occasionally.
