About Our Client

They also have businesses in foods, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, engineering, and real estate. They are now hiring sales management talents to cope with the expansion plans in the region.
This opportunity will allow the candidate to manage sales in regional markets, including Macau and Hong Kong. Managing a team of 4, you will be working closely with trade marketing talents to plan, execute and evaluate various trade marketing and brand building activities both locally and regionally. You also will monitor and track trade marketing programs so that they align with brand and company regulations. There will also be potential responsibility expansion for this role to include overseeing the China market in the upcoming future.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have a related degree in business or similar areas. You should also have strong FMCG sales management/trade marketing experience with at least 5 years of team management experience. You should be diplomatic, mature, detail oriented, with good analytic skills and a can-do attitude. You should be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team of mixed demographics.
