About Our Client
This European brand is looking to further invest in their business in Asia by adding a brand new headcount for a Sales Manager. The company is focused in generating organic and natural food products to the public and they want to find a management profession who treasures their values. This is a business development role suitable for entrepreneurial individuals with a strong background in FMCG.
This brand new headcount will be a key leader in the development of the Hong Kong market. You will lead a small team of two members in effectively managing key accounts, strengthen the relationships with partners and to achieve sales targets. Your role will also be highly involved in developing new commercial channels and to discover new opportunities in the market. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will drive the strategic development and implementation for the Hong Kong market. You will lead the negotiation of trading terms, hold responsibility of sales forecasting and ensure proper execution within your team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience within the FMCG industry. Being autonomous and proactive are key attribute for this job. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills. You will have a proven sales track record and established strong FMCG customer networks. It is essential that you are an enthusiastic and self-driven salesperson. Fluency in English and Chinese is required for this role.
