About Our Client
Our client is an international luxury brand with an impeccable history of creating quality and luxury watches. Currently, they are looking for a strong sales management professional to join their team as their Sale Manager, looking after the wholesale business in Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity for self-starters with strong experience within the watches and accessories industry, who want to work for a dynamic company!
The Sales Manager will be managing the wholesale business for Hong Kong. You will guide a team of colleagues in this leadership role. Your responsibility will be to develop, lead and to grow the sales team. Being a business leader, you must be very driven and take part of devising sales strategies and ensuring their execution. This position involves building rapport, maintaining relationships and supporting key accounts. You must drive the company's business while adhering to the brand's objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience within the watch and accessories industry. You must have at least 5 years of team leading experience. You will need to have strong analysis, negotiation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a self-starter with a strong sales track record and have an established network within the watch wholesale industry. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must, while proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
