About Our Client
A leading premium lifestyle product supplier is looking for a business development professional with a strong track record to join their team to grow business in Hong Kong. Our client has an excellent and recognisable portfolio and a strong presence internationally. Our client has a mandate to further expand their market presence. As such, a need has arisen to recruit experienced sales professionals to drive the business growth in Hong Kong.
Report to the Head of Sales and base in Hong Kong, you will formulate sales and branding strategies, develop and execute business plans for developing and maintaining good relationship with retailers and distributors in Hong Kong. You will grow the market share, sales turnover and profitability in Hong Kong by exploring new retail and distribution channels and creating demands for existing key accounts. You will work closely with local dealers and provide product training and support to them, to ensure service quality and implementation of all sales activities. You will develop the branding activities with solid understanding on retail/ consumer market. You will closely work with different internal functions to ensure business objectives are achieved with outstanding service.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience with branded consumer products. Solid experience in new business development, key account maintenance distributor/retailer management and branding in the Hong Kong are expected. You shall be an entrepreneurial, passionate and energetic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Chinese(Mandarin) is essential.
