About Our Client
Our client is an industry leader in health products and supplements and they are looking for a Sales Manager to drive and manage their expanding business. This position will have team management responsibilities and is suitable for dynamic and hands-on candidates with strong key account management experience.
The Sales Manager will manage a team to drive the business for the Hong Kong and Macau market. This role will be involved in new business development as well as being hands-on in managing current key clients. Your role will be involved in strategic planning, increasing market growth, development of business strategies and channel strategies, and operational planning and execution. Your role will be responsible for strengthening brand presence and recognition. It will be key to enhance staff performance while motivating and leading the business.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 8 years' of experience in the FMCG industry and at least 3 years of experience within a management role. Experience with Health supplement products will be highly preferred. You must be an entrepreneurial, self-drive and have a successful track record in managing dynamic products. It is key to have good communication skills, strong commercial acumen and strong leadership abilities. Proficiency in Cantonese and English are required.
