About Our Client
Our client is one of the few multinational financial printers with full in-house printing and binding services in Hong Kong. This allows clients flexibility for cut-off dates as well as with meeting demanding schedules with tight turnaround requirements. Due to rapid expansion and a great reception in Hong Kong, they are now looking for those with potential as a Sales Director to join their team.
As the Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director and have responsibilities including taking industry trends and market research and meld it into a strategic plan in order to generate new relationships and accounts.
You will produce sales proposals and presentations for existing and new accounts, building and maintaining relationships. You will align clients' sales strategies by positioning company's products as a target market and successfully partnering with clients to meet their sales and marketing objectives. You will also help build new business via various networks, following up on sales leads and conduct face to face meetings.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder
- Minimum 4 years of Sales experience - MUST HAVE experience in Solution Sales. Those with more experience will be considered for more Senior roles.
- EXCELLENT command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Presentable, excellent communications and confident
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to produce effective sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Aggressive and result-oriented
- Commercially driven with a desire to develop your own market
- Can-do attitude with a high motivation to exceed targets
