About Our Client
Our client is a well-established service and product provider specialises in aviation industry. To cope with their further development, a strong need has arisen to recruit a seasoned Manager to look after customer service and sales administration.
Based in Hong Kong, you will be this is a key role within customer service team. Reporting to the head of Sales, you will be responsible to lead a team of 10+ to take care of account servicing, complaints follow-up, order fulfilment process, logistic arrangement. You will work closely with internal and external departments from different countries to ensure all sales administrative tasks conducted smoothly and accurately. You will take the lead to launch process enhancement plan among the group.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have extensive customer service experience/ order fulfilment/ logistic operation within aviation industry. The candidate should have track record in account servicing, sales administration management and implement SOP/ process enhancement program. You must be a strong communicator, be hands on and have exceptional negotiation and management skills. Experienced ERP user would be an advantage. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
