About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading European fashion retailers. Currently hiring for a seasoned Retail Training Manager to help enhance brand awareness and sales staff performance.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will lead, develop, manage and deliver various retail training programmes across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan. The key focus would be for giving appropriate trainings for the retail workforce and in turn build a strong retail / brand culture and drive business excellence.
You will work closely with business leaders and HR business partners in driving relevant retail training strategies aligned with business direction; extend training support to Wholesale, Licensing and also Travel Retail business as appropriate. Travel will be required on needs basis.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and have a minimum 8+ years retail/ servicing industry training experience acquired from sizeable MNCs. Apart from a stable career track record, you will demonstrate the confidence and communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; the ability to hold a training course in a interactive, creative and comprehensive manner; also with a strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills as a results driven individual.
