About Our Client

As the leader of the service team, you will ensure the team deliver high quality services for the region to provide excellent post sales customer experience. Your team will act as the technical interface for customers inquiries and ensure the operational excellence of the service centre. In the long run, you will also monitor the team performance, review daily operation flow as well as investigate areas for optimization and improvement to cater further development.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have at least 8 years of solid servicing experience in offering technical solution. Strong management skill is crucial as you will oversee the whole cycle of the post sales cycle. Excellent communication and people management skills are expected. You will also be open to travel, mostly across various regions in Asia. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
