About Our Client
Our client is a well-known multinational company in the gifts and accessories industry. To ensure a healthy development of their business, they are now inviting an experience sales manager to join their regional team in Hong Kong.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the existing distributors of the company in APAC region. You will play a proactive role in supporting these distributors in driving revenue and increasing profitability of the business. This is a hands-on position which you will provide support on go-to-market strategies, marketing campaign as well as new products training. To support management decision on business strategies, you will closely monitor the sales performance of existing distributors and recruit new distributors in different markets if necessary.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in consumer goods/ fashion and accessories/ gift and premium industry is a must. Solid track record in managing regional distributor network is required. You should be a passionate individual with strong communication skills and organization skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
