About Our Client
Our client is a global leading media services organisation, with over 20 offices around the world. Part of a global conglomerate, they are determined to produce and distribute high quality media solutions in print, digital and integrated campaigns. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Director to join their Regional team.
As the Sales Director, you will be reporting to the Commercial Director - APAC and be responsible to drive business results within the APAC and Hong Kong markets. On top of drive advertising sales revenue, you will be strategically pitching multi-channel media solutions to both existing and potential clients. You will have a chance to be creatively involved in planning and execution of the pitched solutions and see the follow-through from conception to execution to management. You will develop and enhance existing key account relationships by exemplifying professional client servicing excellence. You will also develop sales leads, identifying customer requirements, achieving sales targets, cultivating customer relationships. You will also work closely with the planning teams, digital media planners and other regional teams to coordinate and create compelling solutions to promote the company's products and services.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role you should hold a related Bachelor Degree with 7+ years of relevant working experiences in Agencies/ Marketing/Media or Advertising Sales. You should have a good understanding of both print and digital media. Those with regional Media Sales experience would be highly advantageous. You should be driven and energetic with a strong presentation that can work independently. You should have a proven track record with strong negotiation & presentation skills. You should have a good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese and be able to work under pressure. Occasional travel may be involved with this role.
Those with less experience will be considered for a Sales Manager role.
