About Our Client
A reputable multinational technology company with a strong track record in industry.
You will be responsible for managing and developing the HR function across Asia. As one of the key members in the regional HR team to work as a true HR business partner to senior management and provide consultancy advice in addition to practical support on HR related matters such as recruitment, C&B, employee relations, performance management and policy review. The role will be a strategist and a communicator to plan and execute organizational and developmental initiatives to support company growth. In addition, you will review, revamp and localize the existing policies and procedures so as to accommodate the needs of different countries.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be degree educated with at least 10 years' HR experience gained from a fast paced and multinational environment. Previous regional exposure in Asia Pacific is essential accompanied with an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy level. You will be a powerful influencer and team player who pays attention to details, with the ability to follow through with stakeholders' needs. Being able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency is essential. This will be complemented by strong business acumen and the ability to drive and lead change. Being strategic and resourceful, high levels of professionalism and diplomacy will be required as well we exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese are a pre-requisite.
