About Our Client
Our client is a large European conglomerate in the energy industry with operations in China across multiple locations. Due to expansion plans in the China market, they are looking for a seasoned internal audit expert to join them.

Job Description
Reporting to the Audit Committee of China, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of China, the Head of Internal Audit will be leading a team of 3. You will be a crucial member in to manage regional audit team, identify and define root cause of audit issues, recommend improved internal controls and business processes and ensure corrective plans are developed and implemented.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a degree and with at least 8 years audit experience in commercial world. Proved records in Big 4 and a professional qualification of CIA will be preferred. You will have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Most importantly you will have a high level of gravitas and maturity to ensure credibility when interacting with senior management. Fluency in English and Mandarin are pre-requisite!
