-Monitor that recruitment processes are aligned with business requirements and are implemented correctly and consistently in a standardized manner, through regular process reviews.
-Develop and implement internal marketing and communication strategies, recognition programs and events with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement
-Build comprehensive internal communications programs that help employees understand the goals, programs, processes, organizational structure and vision.
-Regularly evaluate the effectiveness (e.g. quality and cost) of different recruitment channels/activities and making recommendations on new initiatives as a result of the analysis.
-Continuously explore various strategies to expand the pool of qualified candidates.
The Successful Applicant
-By experience, research of relevant publications and regular contact with Labour Bureau, employment agencies and insurance companies

-Strong leadership skills and the ability to quickly build credibility in an experienced Sourcing team
-Experience managing onsite & remote teams
