To continue expanding our Michael Page business, we are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team! We provide extensive training and development for our Recruitment Consultants and provide strong career progression opportunities.
This is a broad and dynamic role where you will be responsible for the recruitment process including business development, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and managing potential candidates and providing consultative services. You will be responsible for conducting in-person interview with candidates and on-site client meetings. This role requires you to be a self-starter and to identify the opportunities within your market where you will train and develop into an industry expert.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be a passionate and energetic self-starter who enjoys working with people and developing strong professional relationships. You should possess a minimum of 1-2 years working experience, with a strong track record of professional achievement. This role requires strong entrepreneurial drive, can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task efficiently and work well in a result-oriented and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Cantonese are required for this role. Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Associate Consultant.
