Project Manager - In-house retail role
About Our Client
Our client is a leading retail brand with global presence. It puts high emphasis on Asia Pacific Regional and is having steady expansion projects as well as brand transformation projects.
*Responsible for the overall project management duty including but not limited to co-ordinate and liaise with the vendors and sub-contractors for site renovation;
*Assist the department head for the overall team supervision and the monitoring of the routine tasks in related to all projects.
*Ensure store projects are completed on time, within budget and with quality up to brand standard.
The Successful Applicant
*Diploma or Degree holder or equivalent in engineering or construction or any other related field ;
*Minimum 5 years' experience in the related retail sectors, in the field of design or fitting-out project management with minimum 3 years in managerial role ;
*Experience in managing store projects will be preferred ;
*Excellent knowledge in the scope of fitting out, maintenance, procurement and quality assurance etc ;
*Sound communication, negotiation and project management skill ;
*Good team player with mature working attitude and strong market, retailing and business sense ;
*Able to work independently and under pressure ;
*Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word and knowledge in AutoCAD and Photoshop ;
*Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
