About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing office furniture business supplying global customers. They are now restructuring and renovating their facilities in Dongguan to keep up with the modern manufacturing trend. An experienced Project Manager is needed to lead the whole process.
Reporting to VP, you must understand the project needs and define the project plan/details and set up project team. You will prepare project reports for status updates, organizing and lead various projects review meetings at scheduled frequency. And you will monitor and drive project schedule to ensure project closed on time, monitor and manage risks and project budget. You will cross functional management and report for projects, coordinate the internal and external resources for the project and keep close communication with various stake holders, like other related departments /clients / suppliers during the project process.
The Successful Applicant
College degree or above in Engineering, you should have at least 7 years work experience in project management. Experience in facility (infrastructure and equipment) and EHS management would be preferred. Fluent oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese required. You need to have solid knowledge of facility and EHS management, familiar to Government policy and regulations. You should have knowledge of basic project management tools and techniques. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus. Excellent organizational, planning and time management, and good communication and negotiation skills, team-spirit.
