About Our Client
Our client is a worldwide organization in the financial industry. It has a recognised brand name. To further develop the procurement strategy, they are looking for an outstanding individual to join the winning team.
This role will be accountable to develop a strong relationship with telecommunication suppliers to maximise cost saving opportunity. As the industry expert, you will be the key to drive the overall procurement process, especially in vendor selection, contract review and vendor management. You will review the existing procurement procedures and guidelines to ensure the processes align with the corporate standards and policies.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have at least 8 years of procurement experience. Knowledge in working with telecommunication suppliers is essential. You will be knowledgeable in procurement process, practices and procedures. Strong communication skill is required as you will deal with different parties, internal teams and external vendors. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
