About Our Client
Our client is renowned for their provision of wide range of entertainment and also one of the APAC leading membership club and biggest community benefactor. With regards to its continuous business development, an exciting opportunity has now risen for self-motivated and quality-driven candidate to join their Catering Procurement Team as Assistant Procurement Manager.
You will in charge of a wide range of Catering procurement functions that cope with company development projects and business direction. You will supervise both food and non-food procurement, from raw material to non-food products. With an aim to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness, you will also be required to design and execute feasible procurement strategies. Besides, you will source new goods, technology and services, as well as identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts that are appropriate with company standard. You will need to coordinate with other internal parties such as Marketing and Financial department.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate will need to be degree holder with at least 6 years' experience at middle to senior position in supply chain management. Good knowledge of e-Procurement system and strong analytical ability will be an advantage. In order to coordinate with external BUs and overseas vendors, strong interpersonal and negotiation skill will be key attribute. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
