About Our Client
Our Client is one of the biggest Food & Beverage group in Hong Kong. Their mission is to stay on trend and provide the best quality of food and services to its guest. In order to do so, we have created a new Sous Chef position to further develop the existing pastry selection.
Working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef, your first priority would be developing a scrumptious menu which is in trend with the pop culture and market while maintaining the budgets. You will also be in charge of standardising your receipts and training your team the necessary technical skills to execute the menu.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable organizations, experience with banquet and buffet setting is a definite advantage. The pastry world has evolved and we are looking for Chefs with up to date knowledge and understanding of the demand in the market.
