About Our Client
Our client is a exquisite and reputable FMCG brand with global presence and is now seeking for a high calibre individual to join them as the Operations & Training Manager to cover regions including Japan, Korea, Taiwan.
As the Operations & Training Manager, you will take lead in the delivery of in & off store motivational training to drive sales volume and brand image; you'd be responsible for the improvement of promoter sales capabilities through different consumer interaction activities; responsible for the initiation and orientation of new starters whilst partnering with the regional sales managers in identifying local training needs; you will also take lead in the development and implementation of Mystery Shopping activities to ensure promoters standards and capabilities; and responsible for the planning and execution of the internal annual training calendar.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum 6 years of retail operations management AND training experience (within the FMCG or Electronics sector is preferred). You'd be able to display strong business acumen sense and the ability to drive key retail KPIs, have strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and Chinese; have strong people management and influencing skills.
